I am an AI Engineer, holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and currently pursuing a Master's in AI. This educational path has equipped me with a solid foundation in both computer engineering and artificial intelligence. My expertise encompasses deep learning libraries like Keras and PyTorch, web development with Flask, Django, and .NET, as well as proficiency in SQL and self-hosting using Linux.
On a personal note, I am known for being practical and efficient in my work, always striving to balance quality and time spent. Overengineering is fun, and I have indulged in it countless times, but it is usually overkill. My approach to problem-solving is therefore realistic, focusing on practical and achievable solutions. However, when time permits, nothing is more enjoyable than optimizing performance, usability, design, etc. I also appreciate the importance of teamwork and clear communication, as they contribute to more effective and well-rounded results.
My career objective is to contribute to the AI revolution that we currently find us in. The potential of AI, especially AGI, is immense and has the capability to transform our world in unprecedented ways. I am committed to being part of this change and making meaningful contributions to the field of AI. This dedication drives my continuous learning and application of cutting-edge AI technologies. By staying at the forefront of AI research and development, I aim to help shape the future, ensuring that advancements in AI benefit society as a whole.
For one semester, I will be an exchange student in Brisbane as part of my master's degree. During this period, I will take courses related to cyber security and data analytics.
During my seventh semester, I had the fortunate opportunity to travel to Pfarrkirchen to participate in an intensive course and the DigiHealthDay 2023. The course focused on the use, benefits, and limitations of AI in healthcare, as well as its impact on the healthcare industry.
In the fall of 2023, I embarked on the next stage of my academic journey: a master's degree in AI at the University of Agder.
Starting in the summer of 2020, I began my studies at the University of Agder's (UiA) computer engineering program via the TRES pathway. My coursework covered a broad range of topics including programming, algorithms and data structures, web development, machine vision, and deep learning.
My journey began with carpentry studies at Gand VGS and Godalen VGS. In my final year, coding sparked my interest, leading to a pivot towards higher education. To qualify, I earned my "studiekompetanse" at Akademiet, marking my transition from carpentry to coding.
As a dedicated AI Engineer with expertise in deep learning and web development, I am equipped to bring cutting-edge AI solutions to your projects.
